Family Grain Mill Slicer/Shredder Attachment

Slice, chop, or shred vegetables, fruits, and cheese with ease thanks to the Family Grain Mill Slicer/Shredder Attachment! Made in Germany, the three interchangeable stainless steel drums are constructed from surgical-grade steel for precision and durability. The Universal Drum can grate hard fruits and vegetables such as apples and carrots, as well as hard cheeses. The Coarse Drum provides uniform strips that are perfect for salads, toppings, or garnishes. The Slicing Drum makes quick work of potatoes for homemade chips and is also great for thin-slicing fruits in preparation for dehydrating. With dishwasher-safe components, cleanup is quick and easy.

The Slicer/Shredder Attachment easily connects to the Family Grain Mill Hand Base for manual slicing, or it attaches with a simple twist to the Family Grain Mill Motor Base, Wondermix Stand Mixer, and electric Jupiter Motor Unit.

Made in Germany, these three shredding drums are constructed from surgical-grade stainless steel for precision and durability, and interchange directly into the Family Grain Mill Slicer/Shredder Attachment (sold separately).

The Extra Fine Drum is perfect for grinding nuts, cheeses, bread crumbs, and even making baby food from fruits and vegetables. With the Special Shredder Drum, you can shred carrots, celery, or coconut for your favorite recipes. And the Extra Coarse Drum is perfect for shredding potatoes for hash browns or other vegetables for slaws and salads.
