The fine Julienne disk is 2mm x 2mm and can be used for the extra fine shredding of carrots, cucumbers, apples, pears, potatoes and more. The wide 12mm x 12mm Julienne disk is perfect for strips of fruit, vegetables, meat or cheese. Lastly, the Fluted disk slices ingredients into rippled slices for potato or veggie chips, natural fruit snacks and more.
