Proctor Silex Commercial 60 Cup Rice Cooker

The Proctor-Silex Commercial Rice Steamer prepares and warms up to 60 cups of rice, oatmeal, or even macaroni and cheese in as little as 45 minutes. The 37560R makes cooking raw rice as easy as dumping it into the pot, selecting the preprogrammed Cook mode, and coming back later to table-ready white, brown, jasmine, or basmati rice. This unit prevents overcooking by automatically switching to Warm mode once cooking has completed.

The Proctor-Silex 37560R uses dual insulated walls made of stainless steel to lock in moisture and heat; a pressurized lid with trigger release mechanism also helps to this end. The Proctor-Silex’s moisture cup collects condensation so it won’t dump onto your serving platter as you remove the lid. Included with purchase are a measuring cup and paddle. This unit is backed by a 1-year warranty through Proctor-Silex/Hamilton Beach.
