The Weston Heavy Duty Freezer Paper is great for wrapping fresh meat, fish, vegetables, berries, and other foods for storage in the freezer. The heavy-duty 50/15 freezer paper provides a barrier to air and moisture, protecting the flavor and quality of frozen foods while preventing freezer burn and leaks. The paper has a single-sided plastic coating that prevents sticking and seals in juices. Since the paper doesn’t stick to food during thawing and freezing, packages are easier to unwrap.
